Now that harvest season is over, I finally have some time to get a few updates out for everyone. This year has been busy so far and seems to be continuing that way.
Over the summer I was approached by radio New Zealand to do an interview for the Country Life Segment. This was my first radio interview, it went to air March 12th. The Thought of doing an interview made me quite nervous at first, I didn't really know what to expect but Sally was so relaxed during the interview it was easy.
We spoke about growing saffron and it's challenges, along with my fulltime job and juggling the two.
Anyway why read this when you can listen to it in half the time!!!
