This book is full of great tips and you know they're good when it's supported by the Royal Horticulture Society.
James turns horticultural technical guff into plan English, seriously this guy's a Wizard!

Is my geeky little book review, each season I get a new gardening book, do a review and you get a discount if you want it to :)

Grow for flavour is full of helpful tips, it blows myths out of the water.....

"Myth #4, Pests are all bad"

James introduces you to different varieties in almost any crop you can think of. It covers, planting, pruning, grafting, cuttings and seed raising.

My favorite section is wildcard crops, it covers fungi (mushrooms), edible weeds, edible flowers, herbs, truffles and the list goes on. The best thing about this book is it is very easy to read, lots of diagrams, photos and includes everyday house hold items as tools.
For example how to use a plastic water bottle as a mini hothouse for cuttings.
